Library Card Sign-Up Month 2019

This September, Pulaski County Public Library is joining with the American Library Association and libraries nationwide for Library Card Sign-up Month to make sure community members have the most important card of all – a free library card.

In appreciation of all NEW library patrons, a gift coupon for something yummy will be given to people who sign up for a new library card this month.  Can’t find your library card, or is it in scruffy condition?  This month, the library is offering FREE replacements cards, too.

This year, Disney and Pixar’s “Toy Story 4” characters Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Bo Peep and friends are going on adventure as Honorary Chairs of Library Card Sign-Up Month. In their role, they will remind families, students, and people of all ages that signing up for a library card is a great step toward a truly super lifestyle.  Libraries offer fun and informative resources and services to help you pursue your passions and succeed in school.

The Pulaski County Public Library has a variety of resources that are available to anyone with a library card. The public can turn to the library for materials, programs, and services that support their personal, professional, recreational, and academic goals, libraries transform lives through education.

Patrons of the library district can use their cards to access the library’s digital services anytime, anywhere.  The library’s digital content includes e-books, audiobooks, databases, magazines, music, and streaming video.  You can visit our website or download apps like Libby, Freegal, and Hoopla to read, listen, and watch on your phone or tablet.  All of this content is available at no charge with your library card.

Need a library card and can’t get to the library?  You can sign-up for a Pulaski County Public Library card from anywhere in the world on our website!  Just click the link on our homepage or visit https://pulaski.librarymarket.com/.
