Activity Room Open Now

We’re excited to announce the re-opening of the Activity Room!

During our renovation, this room served as a staging area. It was completely full and emptied twice by staff and volunteers. At one point, the stacks were seven feet high and there was only a path as wide as your shoulders. We are very grateful for the staff and volunteers who worked tirelessly on this project, and we celebrate it’s returned availability for community use.

This space hosts library programs but can also be reserved for use by outside groups.

Non-profit groups may use the room in its standard setup at no charge.  See our Meeting Room Policy and List of Fees to learn more.

The Activity Room joins the Magnolia Room, Reading Room, and tutor rooms as one more reservable library space where people can gather and connect.
