We have events for kids scheduled every day during Spring Break, the week of March 24th! Here's what's coming up:

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, a renowned early literacy program, provides free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five. The program encourages a love of reading while building vocabulary and language skills, giving children a head start when they enter kindergarten.

The Pulaski County Public Library is partnering with Neighborhood Forest to provide free trees for kids to plant during Earth Week!

February is Library Lovers Month! Throughout the month, write a name or message on a heart at the library’s main desk for $1, $5, or $10. We’ll display your heart to show your love for the library, and your donation will go directly toward this year’s Summer Reading program.

The snow falling outside means it's time for Winter Reading! Readers of all ages, child through adult, can participate in this reading program.

We’ve crunched the numbers and found the most popular books at the library in 2024! Read on to find top ten lists in collections from Adult Fiction to Juvenile Non-Fiction to Easy Readers.

Ho ho ho!  Santa is stopping at the library to pose for pictures, listen to children's Christmas wishes, and spread holiday cheer.

Giving Tuesday is December 3rd, and we have a full day of fun planned! We’ll have an open house, a craft, and even a real-life Minion!

We invite you to join us in recognizing the service and sacrifice of U.S. service members this month with Our Heroes’ Tree.

It’s Dino-vember at the library!  Stop by our kids’ area throughout the month for fun books, crafts, and activities for children and families all about dinosaurs.

Did you know? We have free maps that show the locations of 47 cemeteries in Pulaski County.

Pick up a cemetery map at the library and explore the history of our county!

The Pulaski County Public Library will be at your favorite trick-or-treat locations around town on Monday, October 28th!

Twenty-seven people, young and old, attended Harry Potter Book Day recently at the library.

Participants made crafts with Jolie, interacted with the books, and enjoyed other Harry Potter activities.
