Zoom Room Available

The library’s Magnolia Room now features Zoom functionality! The room can be reserved by groups to host or join virtual meetings using Zoom.

Magnolia Room is located upstairs in the original Carnegie wing of the building, overlooking the library's prized magnolia tree.  Elevator access to this level is available.

The room's new Zoom Room system can be used for teleconferencing and virtual meetings.  The system comprises a large wall-mounted digital display, camera, speaker, microphone pod, and tabletop controller.

The wall-mounted display can also be used for presentations with tabletop HDMI input.

Members of the public can reserve the room for use by their group or organization.  Learn more about the Magnolia Room or reserve it for your group.

The Zoom Room system is made possible through a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
