Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel Chair Yoga for today. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Brenda Hadley will lead a session of Chair Yoga at the library on Thursday, June 20th at 2:00 p.m.

Chair yoga is a gentle movement exercise that can be done while sitting on a chair. It’s a great option for people who have limited mobility or are otherwise unable to practice traditional yoga.
