Brenda Hadley will lead Reiki for the Caregiver on Tuesday, June 4th, 5:00-6:00 p.m.

Reiki is intended to encourage emotional or physical healing by placing hands on or near various parts of the body.

Mindfulness meditation can help to reduce stress, improve concentration, and increase self-awareness.
