Each backpack contains:
- letter granting admission to Indiana State Parks
- Birds of Indiana field guide by Stan Tekiela
- Welly Quick Fix Kit (first aid kit)
- Barlow 65" measuring tape
- Small magnifying glass
- Educational leaflets and brochures
- 8 jumbo crayons and coloring sheets
Please note that the State Park pass admits all persons in a single, private family-type vehicle. Groups arriving in buses or commercial vehicles are charged per person.
This backpack is made available through a partnership between the Pulaski County Public Library, the Friends of the Tippecanoe River State Park, and Indiana State Parks. The Adventure Backpack Program is generously supported by the Friends of the Tippecanoe River State Park.
