Roll out your mat and join us for Yoga at the Library – a free, welcoming program held on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class is designed with you in mind. All ages and abilities are encouraged to participate, and no prior experience is necessary.

Yoga is a wonderful way to improve flexibility, build strength, and find a moment of calm in your week. Our sessions offer a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where you can perform movements you’re comfortable with and focus on what feels good for your body.

A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow, so feel free to drop in even if you don’t have your own – though you're always welcome to bring one. Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is all you need to get started.
