With a new school year starting, remember that the library is here for you with after school activities!
We have regular activities for kids in the afternoon every day of the week, including:
Adults aged 55 and older are invited to embark on a transformative creative journey through a unique eight-week program, "Golden Experiences through Drawing & Painting," at the Pulaski County Public Library.
We’re celebrating the 2024 Olympics at the library! We’ll be streaming live coverage of the events every day in our café/lounge.
We also have a great selection of books for kids & adults available to borrow. Come in and check it all out!
Local attorney Tim Murray's vision for fostering community engagement and supporting individuals facing cognitive challenges has materialized into a heartwarming initiative at the Pulaski County Public Library.

This program is for participants in our youth Summer Reading program "Adventure Begins at Your Library" and their families only.
Summer Reading is here! The theme for this year's youth program is “Adventure Begins at Your Library.”
Children ages 3–18 can take part in Summer Reading. Summer Reading is free – there is no charge to participate in the program or activities!
Several community members have contacted the library, eager to read the remarks our Executive Director, MacKenzie Ledley, made at the Memorial Day services earlier this week. Her interest in the stories of local Vietnam War veterans has been ongoing over the past year.
The Children’s Area is getting a makeover! We’ll be installing new carpeting the week of May 20th.

It's Library Week! Join us April 22nd-27th as we celebrate how “Libraries Transform Communities.”
Hoosier author Tom Rose will be at the library on Thursday, April 25th at 2:00 p.m. to discuss the grief journey he went through after his wife died from breast cancer in 2019. He covers his experience in his book Balloon in a Box.
